Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, or have been altered may not be eligible for a refund.

To start a return, please email us at contact@dakotashandbags.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can make it right.
